I am #1 and I am getting confused myself after reading #2nim's response. Of course, we don't have enough information regarding its exact cancellation policy but just the above phrase alone, doesn't it convey that one will get a refund without a doctor's note if there were more than a week left before the program?? I hope I didn't give wrong information to wongul nim.... I also thought it's strange for children's summer camp NOT to return your money in case of cancellation. But #3nim is right in that wongul nim should review the whole cancellation policy carefully.
