Schedule C documents report net income in line #31.  The sum of all quarters should add up to, but not exceed the net income value from line #31. 

 

Please resubmit your scanned document with corrections made to the quarterly income so it adds up to and does not exceed gross income from line #31 reported on your schedule C.
