기계고장인줄 모르고 카드를 긇어서 여러번 차지 되어버렸어요.종이가 없는지 나오지 않더라구요.

10월 14일 그리피스 주차장에서 기계가 고장으로 잘못 두번 차지 되었다.
디스풋 신청하려고 borken으로 신청했는데 접수 되지 않았다.
어떻게 신청하면 되는가요?

On october 14th, the parking machine at Griffith's parking lot was out of order and charged me twice incorrectly.
I couldn't use two tickets because the ticket didn't come out of the machine.
There was a sign on the machine that said 'temporary out of order.
Yesterday i submitted for a dispute but it was denied. how can I submit the dispute?
