Subletting my apartment on Luna on Pine (400 S 40th St) from mid May - mid August. (Also June 10-August 18 is ok). It is 2 bed and 1 bathroom, with a kitchen. My roommate is leaving May 7 for 1 room and I am leaving May 20 for other 1room.

If you make contract for 1 bedroom, you would be paying $900/month. The other room would be vacant and locked. For 2 bedroom, it would be for 2 people who each pay $900/month. But price is negotiable!Originally I am paying 1400/month for my 1 bedroom.
