- salad greens,  romaine or spinach
- green apple, cut into matchsticks
- 1/2 Jicama, peeled and cut into match sticks
- 1/2 top 3/4 organic cucumber, keep skin on, cut into match sticks
- poppy seed dressing
Toss your apple, Jicama and cucumber ingredients with a little of the
 poppy seed dressing. Serve on bed of greens

- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1 teaspoon celtic sea  salt
- 1/4 cup or less Braggs raw apple cider vinegar
- 1 knob of ginger,  blend in majic Bullet first than add other ingredients
