I must make it clear that any form of shouting, arguing, or swearing in the store is unacceptable, regardless of the circumstances.
The incident with your boyfriend, the other with a customer, and now yesterday's event - these three instances have already happened. I do not want any more disturbances in our store because of you. This is not your personal space, but a place of business. If there is another instance of shouting, arguing, or swearing with anyone in the store for any reason, we will no longer be able to employ you. I hope that such incidents will not occur again.
If the person from yesterday comes back, please ring the bell and call for K. K will come out and take over the counter for you temporarily.
