Subject: Important Notice - Employment Update
Hello,
Firstly, thank you for your time working with our store. However, I hope you can understand my sentiments regarding a matter of concern.
Over the past 10 months, I have repeatedly requested that you refrain from using your phone when we have customers. Unfortunately, this issue has not been resolved, and today, I came across a customer review on Google expressing dissatisfaction with your phone usage.
I believe I have discussed this matter with you on multiple occasions, and I have now reached a point where I feel we can no longer work together.
To allow you time to seek alternative employment, I will provide an additional week's pay until next Tuesday. You can come in to collect your earnings on that day.
I deeply regret having to make this decision and will strive for a smooth transition.
