(동양화 속에 보이는 소품 하나하나는 그 고유의 의미를 담고 있는 것 같다. 나는 그 고유의 의미들에 대해서 공부를 하고 있다).
While studying this, I saw the same prop that I had seen in an oriental painting in a magazine. After that, I used that prop to create my own work. (그 공부를 하는 중에 내가 동양화 속에서 보았던 그 소품 하나가 어떤 잡지에 있는 것을 보았다. 그 후에 나는 그 소품을 사용해 나만의 작품을 만들었다.)
아아 gives me inspiration for the material. Otherwise, I wouldn't have even thought about it.

| In Korea, it was believed that hanging an A in a child's room would help them to study well. I was researching the meaning of objects in traditional Korean paintings, which each have their own unique meaning (for example, a book represents learning).
One day, I saw a portrait in an interior design magazine that I thought would go well with traditional Korean objects. I mixed and matched the two to create my own work of art.
I wanted to make the painting even more special by adding my child's favorite objects and name. My child is my inspiration for my artwork. I wouldn't have even tried to create it if it weren't for them. |
