Dear Missynim,

I already received "Emplyment Authorization Card" (my company sponsored me for Green Card), & waiting for the Actual Green Card.
But, USCIS sent me a letter regarding my Education requirement.

I'm a fashion designer & have associate Degree instead of Bachelor's Degree.
But,  I went to University & have more than 5 year experience, so I submitted Educational Evaluation Report which is an equivalency to US degree.

But, now they ask me to send them a Bachelor's Degree in Fashion at this last moment.

Did anyone get "Employment Authorization Card", but didn't get Green card at the end?
Or did you hear about someone who had a same case?

Thank you for reading this!!!
