우선 상황을 설명하자면

지금 저희 집에 short sale 중입니다 property tax 밀린게 몇개월있구요...

short sale 클로징 데이트가 1월 25일 입니다 그러면 바로 그날로 property tax 모두 갚아지는거구요...

문제는 제가 17일날 시민권 인터뷰가 있는데 어제 노티스를 받았는데

Bring any documentation from local tax office showing the current status.

라고 나와있어서 저희 카운티 로컬 택스 오피스에게

25일날 숏세일이 끝나면 남은 프로퍼티 택스가 다 갚아지고 pay off 가 될것이라는  agreement를 받아가려는데

오늘 계속 전화해도 통화가 되질 않아서 이메일을 보내려는데 영어가 짧습니다..ㅡㅜ

저의 사정을 이해해 주시고 도와주실 영어고수님들 부탁드립니다 정중하고 이해쉽게 영어를 써보려는데

웃기네요..ㅡㅜ

To Who may it concern.

I'm processing short sale right now.

I know that my house closing date is on Jan 25th.

I have overdue property tax for few month but once it closed, overdue property tax will be paid off.

My concern is I have citizen interview on Jan 17th but I received the letter from U.S citizenship office said that "bring documentation from local tax office showing the current status."

So What I'm going to ask you If you can write agreement that I'll paid off  after shorsale that will be very helpful for me.

I called several times your office today , but no one answered phone.

If you need any status for my house fromm bank, I'll provide any kinds.

Please concern my difficult situation and reply soon.
