This will acknowledge your call to us on 12/30/13 requesting that we notify Travelers of an incident resulting in a claim against your insurance. 

 The company claims adjustor has the responsibility to evaluate the incident, determine policy coverage and negotiate a timely resolution for the claim.

The agent is normally not included in the direct communications regarding the progress of the claim.
