I can't call human resources at my job because they are closed.  I'm looking at the benefits for my dental insurance right now and it says," deductuble $50", and "maximum and utilization $1000 annual".

What does this mean? I need to pay $50 before they cover my plan and my plan will cover only upto $1000 a year??? that's it??
