1. In a bowl, with an electric mixer on high speed,
beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. 
Add egg and beat until smooth.
 
(If you don't have electric mixer, use hand.
You can burn up some calories whipping up the mixture.)

2. Add whole wheat flour, mugwort power, and salt mix well.

3. Add 2Tbs of milk to the mixture and stir it well.
